I always loved the Design of the Splattershot from Splatoon 1

I like how each game as a different design for the Splattershot showing how the Arms Race and Technology has evolved over the years

But I do think the Splatoon 1 Splattershot looks the best design out of the Splatoon 1, 2, 3 games
